Product Description

The cooling system for granular materials such as sauce has always been troublesome, especially when the particulate matter is cooled and mixed with oil. The deposition problem in the material conveying process, the viscosity increases after the material temperature decreases, leading to the increase of pressure drop, making the conveying difficult, the product cooling temperature is too low to lead to crystallization, so that the heat transfer efficiency is reduced, etc., has been troubling the production and equipment manufacturers.

To solve the problem of cooling system for granular materials, STB proposed an innovative solution and designed a stepless on-line cooling system (as shown in the figure). By changing the cooling process, specially designed tank and mixed cooler, the materials are cooled online to reduce the civil construction cost for the customer, accelerate the cooling time of the materials in the system, and improve the system efficiency. Meanwhile, an online CIP cleaning system is set up to ensure the hygiene of the system and improve the product quality.
