Structure

Sterilization system combined with balance bucket,material variable pump, plate type heat exchanger, separator(option),homogenizer, hot water system, temperature control system.

Procedure

Material go through the pate type heat exchanger from preheating,heating,cooling to sterilize. It can handle whole milk, skimmed milk, incomplete skimmed milk and cream with different fat content. During the process we add a pump to make sure the pressure of sterilizing side is always bigger than non-sterilizing side to avoid the damage to the plate and second pollution.
