Fermentation tank
STB equipped with automatic welding machine,automatic polishing machine,we could manufacture different capacity atmospheric and pressure vessel, and we own D1/D2 and ASME pressure vessel license,internal welding engineer certificate,inspector and tester certificate of special equipment and different kinds of inspect equipment, like ultrasonic thickness gauge,spectrograph,roughmeter,endoscope etc. , to ensure manufacture ability and tank quality.
According to the process requirements, fermentation tank equipped with CIP and SIP nozzle.
Side feed design ensures no bubble in fermentation liquid, no material residue in feed pipe, hygienic and efficient.
Positive aseptic air applied to avoid pollution by miscellaneous bacteria during fermentation.
