Syrup is used as sugar in beverage,food industries. It could be purchased from market. After purchased from supplier, transported by tanker, then transferred to outdoor storage tanks (storage tanks are jacketed and insulated at 50-55ºC. Storage tanks connected with positive pressure and keep aseptic status) from truck tanks, when process lines are ready, fructose pumped through rotor pump and dosed to every use points. We provide perfect fructose system solutions from storage tanks to pipe line of use points, include inline dosing.
Fructose system is combined with fructose storage tank,inlet and outlet tube, transfer pump,material measuring system,tube with insudation eletric heat tracing,aseptic air filtering system,jacket hot water system and ceaning pipes.

With lock control transfer board at fructose cllecting station,
guarantee the safety of food factory. At the same time transfer
station have washing dleaning.sterilizing pipe ports,guarantee
the sanitary.
With mixproof valve block at the fructose outlet line,guarantee
the CIP and material will not mixed.
Big diameter feed line design suitable for high viscosity fructose
up to 55. Outlet pump and reception pump all adjustment to
proper speed avoid the vibration of pump.
The jacket hot water valve is angle valve,also with buffer
system,can prevent the water hammer and water leak of jacket.
Special made jacket, suitable for water hammer,at the top of tank
there is safety device avoid the damage risk when CIP cleaning.
