Product Description

Scraped Surface Heat Exchanger for Puree Processing
The  scraped surface heat exchanger can be used for heating and cooling of pumpable liquids, which would adhere to the heat exchange surfaces of conventional heat exchangers, thus, forming an insulating layer.

Furthermore, the design of the STB enables products containing solid and vulnerable particulates to be handled without causing damage to the product.


In addition to heating and cooling applications, the  product can also be used for deep cooling, tempering, crystallisation,  pasteurisation,  polymerisation or gelatinisation. The product section of the heat exchanger is designed for a maximum of 10 barg. The heating and cooling section is designed for a maximum pressure of 6 barg.
