Continuous Sugar Dissolving System
Continuous sugar dissolving means sugar and water are processed continuously from
feeding, dissolving, pasteurizing, concentration controlling and syrup cooling. The main
components are, screw conveyor, sugar silo, continuous sugar dissolver, disc filter,
pasteurizer and syrup storage system, etc. Comparing with traditional batch type, high labour
intensity, high energy consumption but low efficiency, continuous sugar dissolving in cold can
greatly reduce energy consumption by heat recovery. It is high efficient, completely closed
and fully automatic, producing high quality syrup with stable concentration.

Continuous Sugar Dissolver
Continuous sugar dissolver is the key equipment of sugar dissolving system. Granular
sugar is taken into dissolving tank quantitatively by screw conveyor while flow is auto-
controlled by set Brix. Sugar and heated water are mixed in dissolving tank at proper ratio
with a centrifugal pump jet agitating circularly. The produced syrup will be transferred
into buffer tank after the set Brix is reached.
