1.In line dosing system
Structure:
Inline dosing mixing system combined with pipework for main material, pipework for inline dosing, dosing device for two kinds of material and second mix device for mixed material.
Technology description:
A, Main product goes through main product tube to product pump.
B, Auxilliary material goes through particle product tube to product pump.
C,Two kinds of products went through the mix proof valve into pipes in some proportion ratio at the same time. After first mixing the material go to static mixer, the material will become well blended.

A, The addition is uniform and will not damage the pulp shape, with a high degree of hygiene.
B, Precise synchronous control to control the addition of fruit grains according to the flow of beverage.

2.On line acid dosing mixer
This system is applied to minor ingredients in line dosing, eg. acid dosing to milk, flavor dosing to drink, concentrated fruit juice dosing to yogurt drink. It also could be used for inline culture mixing, inline jam mixing of yogurt. It is composed of a dosing system and a static mixer.
Instructions:
A,Citric acid or lactic acid are dissolved into liquid firstly,the temperature should controlled at 10-15ºC.
B,The liquid acid is dosed by the flow meter through pump. It is fed into the acid dosing mixer with a constant flow rate.
C,Milk with stabilizer and sugar which temperature is around 10-15ºC, inline mixed with acid which pumped by acid dosing system, and further mixed in static mixer, then get fully mixed products.
D,Mixing-proof design ensure no mixing during CIP liquid and products.
When clean the milk pipeline, it is necessary to switch valves to clean the mixing-proof valve and acid dosing mixer ensure no dead corner.
